This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ([insert Terms link]). By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions.

1. Processing and Timeframes
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM (GMT 0) are usually processed the same day. Pre-orders, weekends, holidays, or peak periods may cause delays.

Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Changes can be requested via the tracking email or directly with the logistics partner.

If delivery is not possible, up to two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be available at a Pickup Parcelshop/ServicePoint for 7 days. After this period, the order will be returned and refunded (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

2. Stock and Fees
Orders containing items with different availability times will be shipped together. To receive available items sooner, place separate orders.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping and International Delivery
Free standard shipping is available for all orders, domestic and international.

Local regulations and additional taxes may apply to international shipments; these are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delays
In the event of delays, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. For customers in the EU/UK, your legal rights remain unaffected.

1. Order Cancellation
Please clearly inform your decision by email (info@90plusgear.com).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method, with no additional costs.

2. Return Conditions
Product purchased within the last 30 days.
Product must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.

Non-returnable items include: personalized products, perishable goods, opened hygiene/health items, or items mixed with other products.

Sale items are non-refundable.

3. Returning Goods
Return costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method; refunds will only be issued after receipt of the item or proof of return.

4. Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit or a gift card after the return.
